Ralph Peters Wrong Again, Tars Bhutto

I am not a Ralph Peters fan. I find him to be a self absorbed opportunist. His editorial in The NY Post dissing Bhutto is out of line. Uncalled for. We can discuss her weaknesses and her politics until the cows come home but for what? What difference does that make? She was assassinated by jihadis who couldn't care less about what her politics or objectives were. Their goal was to murder, to destroy. to destabilize. They killed Anwar Sadat too ..........

Peters he seems to enjoy being a tool for Islamists. This is not the first time Peters gets it wrong on Islam. He was wrong then and he's wrong now.

Bhutto's politics and ethics (or lack thereof) are not story here. The bottom line is she was murdered by Islamazis. That's it. That's the beginning and the end. I have to shake my head when all see all this

December 28, 2007 -- FOR the next several days, you're going to read and hear a great deal of pious nonsense in the wake of the assassination of Pakistan's former prime minister, Benazir Bhutto.

Her country's better off without her. She may serve Pakistan better after her death than she did in life.

She was a splendid con, persuading otherwise cynical Western politicians and "hardheaded" journalists that she was not only a brave woman crusading in the Islamic wilderness, but also a thoroughbred democrat.

Peters is the con. Though hardly splendid..

.... the real danger to the al queda, to the taliban, to the house of saud, and, to the russians, (no, they shed no tears over her death) was the simple fact that an electoral process of some legitimacy, or rising or increasing legitimacy, or, put another way, an electoral process not quite so rife with fraud and corruption, might have been undertaken in a more orderly way, and a transfer of power not premised on coup or revolt or violence might have occurred.

political stability.

this was the real danger that bhutto's & musharreffs & sharif's participation in the heretofore oncoming elections presented to those who sought her death.

in a very real sense, it made absolutely no difference to those who want to further destabilize the region just who was killed, so long as someone whose death might impact the scheduled holding of the election was killed.

and, that they, the islamists, got the credit for the killing. those who are responsible have made no effort to suppress their radio traffic talking about it, or taking credit for it, and have not really denied any accusations that they are behind it.

for their power is not the power of building, their source of power and respect and fear lies in destruction and chaos, and for this, the death of ms. bhutto served admirably.

and, they did it.

that's the bottom line for them as well.

that's what they do. they kill people.

for the fifty years that islamic terror has been killing people with renewed and increasing fervor and enthusiasm, they have accomplished not one single thing other than killing people, unless you want to consider hamas & abbas as actually having "built" something.

but, they have destabilized europe.

europe will crumble, not so much of what islam has done but that as vultures they will simply be there to consume the carcass of a civilization which has died, in very real terms, has simply collapsed and imploded upon itself, for a singular lack of will to continue existing as a civilization with values adhered to.

and when islam takes over, they will turn europe into a place of violence and squalor as surely as they have turned the trick in the middle east, as surely as they have preserved the middle ages everywhere they rule. my guess is, raw sewage will run through the streets of paris by 2025, just as it does in gaza, just as it will in the west bank when olmert is done eviscerating israel.

yes, islam murdered bhutto.

as they murder everything they touch.

as they will murder us.

it is simply to destroy. because they build nothing. and, for this, bhutto, anybody, had to die in pakistan.

her death served their purposes as surely as did anyone else's. they just kill people. that's what they do.
